1, SMT stencil printer
The SMT stencil printer processed by PCBA generally consists of a plate loading, solder paste, embossing, and transmission board. Generally, the circuit board to be printed is first fixed on the printing positioning table, and then the solder paste or the red glue is printed on the corresponding pad through the steel mesh by the left and right scrapers of the printing machine, and the PCB with uniform leakage is input to the PCB through the transmission station. The placement machine performs automatic placement.
2, pick and place machine
The pick and place machine is placed in the PCBA production line after the solder paste printer, which is a device for accurately placing surface mount components on the PCB pads by moving the placement head.
3, reflow oven
Inside the reflow oven there is a heating circuit that heats the air or nitrogen to a sufficiently high temperature and blows it onto the board that has been attached to the component, allowing the solder on both sides of the component to melt and bond to the main board. The advantage of this process is that the temperature is easy to control, oxidation can be avoided during the soldering process, and the manufacturing cost of the PCBA foundry is easier to control.
4, AOI
AOI is an automatic optical inspection device that is based on optical principles to detect common defects encountered in welding production. AOI is a new type of testing technology emerging from the emerging world, but it has developed rapidly. Many manufacturers have introduced AOI testing equipment. When it is automatically detected, the machine automatically scans the PCB through the camera, collects images, and compares the solder joints tested with the qualified parameters in the database. After image processing, the defects on the PCB are checked, and the defects are displayed/marked through the display or automatic signs. Come out for repair by maintenance staff.
5, component shearing machine
Used to cut and deform pin components.
6, wave soldering machine
Wave soldering machine is to make the soldering surface of the board directly contact with high-temperature liquid tin for welding purposes. The high-temperature liquid tin maintains a slope, and the liquid tin forms a wave-like phenomenon by special means, so it is called "wave soldering". The main material is solder bars.
7, tin furnace

9, ICT test fixture
The ICT Test is mainly used to test the test points of the probe contact PCB layout to detect the open circuit of the PCBA, short circuit, and soldering of all parts.
10, FCT test fixture
FCT (Functional Test) It refers to the simulation of the operating environment (excitation and load) of the test target board (UUT: Unit Under Test), so that it works in various design states, so as to obtain the parameters of each state to verify the UUT The test method of good or bad function. Simply put, it is to load the UUT with the appropriate stimulus to measure whether the output response is satisfactory.
11, aging test stand
The aging test stand can test the PCBA board in batches, and test the problematic PCBA board by simulating the operation of the user for a long time.
